Because we value the well-being and comfort of all our guests, we have put together some important house rules. These rules help ensure an enjoyable environment for everyone. We kindly ask you to respect these guidelines during your stay.

Arrival and Departure
Upon arrival, we invite you to report to our reception desk. Should you not find anyone, rest assured: via telephone number

Because we believe in the spontaneity and freedom of camping, we do not offer reservations. However, with a simple phone call in advance, we will be happy to inform you of our availability.
Finally, on the day of your departure, we ask that your place be checked out by 1 p.m. so that we can offer a warm welcome to other adventurers as well.

Welcome to Camper Site Willemsoord We are delighted to host you here and hope you enjoy your stay. To make sure everyone has an enjoyable time, we have established some house rules. We kindly ask you to respect them.
Arrival and Departure
Upon your arrival, we invite you to first check in at our reception desk. Should you meet no one upon arrival, rest assured. We can be reached daily by phone from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 06 – 4224 5424. Even though we basically do not make reservations, a phone call can inform you of the current availability of spots. We kindly ask you to clear your spot by 1 p.m. on the day of departure so that new guests can also find a nice spot.
Your Camper Spot
Treat your pitch with care. Please leave it neat and dispose of your waste in the designated container located next to the reception desk. We greatly appreciate your respect for the natural environment and our facilities by keeping them clean and tidy.
Peace and Respect
We understand that vacation is a time to relax and enjoy. Soft music or conversation at your RV is fine, but always be considerate of your neighbors. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., we ask that you keep the campground quiet. This helps everyone enjoy a good night’s sleep.
Safety
For the safety of you and your fellow campers, open fires, BBQs and fire pits are not allowed on the property. In case of emergency, you will find a fire extinguisher and first aid kit at the reception desk. Our hostess is also trained in first aid and CPR and will be there for you should the need arise.
Sanitary Facilities
Our sanitary building offers modern facilities for your comfort. Smoking is not allowed here. We also ask that you do not flush products such as sanitary pads, tampons or cleaning wipes down the toilet to prevent blockages.
Pets
Dogs are welcome, but we ask that you keep them on a leash and use the dog walking area. Be sure to clean up any pet droppings.
Liability
Your stay at Camper Site Willemsoord is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for damage, theft or destruction of your property.

Provisions for security at reception
Safety is our top priority. On the wall of the reception area you will find essential safety equipment: a fire extinguisher, an AED device and an extensive first aid kit. These tools are right at your fingertips, should the unexpected happen. In addition, you can rest easy knowing that our hostess not only keeps an eye on your well-being, but also has an official first aid certificate from the Orange Cross. Your safety and well-being are in capable hands with us.

Call 112 when there are acute situations that require immediate attention. This could be in medical emergencies, when a fire breaks out, or if you witness a crime. The emergency number is there to provide quick assistance in critical circumstances.
After you call emergency services, notify the owners.
Police - No Urgency
In situations where there is no immediate danger but you need the police, call 0900-8844. This number is for all non-emergency questions or reports. Consider reporting nuisances, suspicious situations without acute danger, or when you want to share information.
